These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Services provided by One Call Solutions.

1. Service Description

RCS Messaging is an advanced messaging service that enables businesses to send rich, interactive messages to end users on supported Android devices via authorized telecom networks.

2. Eligibility & Registration

The client must be a legally registered business entity.

All information provided during registration must be accurate and complete.

Approval of RCS brand and templates is subject to Google and telecom operator policies.

3. Content Guidelines

The client agrees not to send content that is:

Client is solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid end-user consent.

Client must comply with TRAI, IT Act 2000, Google RCS policies, and other applicable laws.

5. Pricing & Payments

Charges are as per the agreed commercial terms or proposal.

Payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Non-payment may result in service suspension.

While we strive for high uptime, delivery depends on device compatibility, network availability, and third-party platforms. We are not liable for delays or failures beyond our control.

One Call Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of business or revenue arising from use of services provided.

9. Indemnification

The client agrees to indemnify and hold One Call Solutions harmless against claims arising from content, consent violations, or misuse of the service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Jurisdiction shall be subject to courts in Bhopal Jurisdiction India.

We may modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
